Format: Softcover. No dust jacket. NOT an EX LIB. 

Condition:  Volume in EXCELLENT condition. Army green textured covers show very little if any signs of wear. Inner pages the same, looks like it has just been in storage before we purchased it in the early 1990s, and we kept it in storage since that time. No markings, tears, or flaws. Tightly bound, staple-bind. Photos illustrate condition of overall volume.
