Flaps unclipped, no flaws noted. Inner volume: EXCELLENT. The only thing keeping it from "Like New" is highlighting on 4 lines on Table of Contents page (pictured). Otherwise, inner pages flat, bright, clear, no tears. No further markings noticed by cursory check. Tightly bound.
