Wear to red cloth boards includes corner bumps, edge rubbing, fading and water staining near upper and lower spine area. Noticed a couple of very small page edge tears. DOES have highlighting on at least two pages in index at stickie note placed by previous owner (pictured). No other markings noticed by cursory check. Pages flat, bright, and clear. Tightly bound.
