Condition: Volume in Good condition. Light blue cloth boards with gold foil lettering on cover and spine cover. Upper page edges blue gilt. Full-page glossy black and white photo frontispiece of General William (Billy) Mitchell which has a facsimile signature. Some black and white photo illustrations and graphs / drawings.

Spine cover is faded and soiled; front and back covers are less worn. Dark tanning on inside covers near spine where glue was used at publication. Photos illustrate condition of overall volume.
