Condition: ACCEPTABLE. EXTREMELY well-loved vol., heavy cover soiling, pages age-yellowed, foxed, damp staining, several pages have rips, but the portions ripped do not cause missing text; binding split at pages 18-20. A lot of people purchase these volumes for the EXQUISITE illustrations to frame for baby's nursery. QUITE HEAVY.
