SYNOPSIS:  295 pages plus Responsive Readings, Topical Index, and General Index in rear.

Publisher: Abingdon-Cokesbury Press, New York and Nashville.

Format: Hardback. No dust jacket. NOT an EX LIB. No date provided, but inscription on inside front flyleaf is dated: "Bosworth M. E. Church 8/8/47," making this probably 1930s or 1940s vintage. Round notes.

Condition: In Good condition. Covered with subtly textured brown cloth boards with gold foil lettering and steeple graphic embossed on lower right front cover. Cover is moderately worn and soiled. Writing on inside fyleaf and back blank page following General Index. Occasional edge tear, page 1/2 has a 3" horizontal rip (could be taped together) and the lower corner torn off with a few words and notes missing on both front and back of page where chunk missing. Binding split at title page and back cover index pages, spine beginning to loosen under cover. Other pages clear and free of marks, no rips or tears noted. Photos illustrate condition of overall volume.
