Format: Hardback. No dust jacket. Stated Twelfth Printing November 1966.

Condition: Fair condition. Ex lib. with associated card jacket remainder on inside front covers over graphic illustration, and ex lib markings and clear spine tape. 160 pages. Brown cloth board covers with black graphic on front cover and black lettering on spine. Back inner covers not affected, illustrations still whole. Covers soiled and bumped at edges. Inner pages yellowed with age, but no other markings, tears, or other flaws noted. Still tightly bound. Quite scarce in early editions.
