Format: Hardback. No dust jacket.

Condition: In Acceptable condition as a reading copy. Signs of wear include the following: Bumping, rubbing, and fading to red cloth boards; inner pages very yellowed with age; endpapers show darkening at inner binding creases from age; page 877/878 (index page in back) is loose and laid-in; some turndown creases and tears; binding shows beginning of loosening under spine cover, but volume still tightly bound. Black and white glossy photo illustrations (one-sided). SEVERAL PHOTO PAGES have been torn and half or more removed (see photo below). A couple of other places were noted to have pages that were torn and removed, so it is unknown exactly how many, but those were hard to notice. Thus, a disclaimer that there are definitely some missing pages, and priced down accordingly. Quite heavy volume. Photos illustrate condition.
