Covers VG, minor rubbing to corners. Inner pages EXCELLENT. Did notice a couple of pages with light pencil marks, almost missed they were so light and far between. No text obliterated, of course. Pages are flat, bright, clear, free of tears or holes. Tightly bound. VERY HEAVY.
