Format: Hardback with dust jacket.

Condition: Jacket in Acceptable condition. Both front and rear flaps clipped at lower corner, BUT not price-clipped with original $3.95 retail still showing at UPPER flap corner. So the lower-edge clipping may have been part of the publisher's printing process.  Heavy chipping and some long tears (pictured), and somewhat soiled. Volume in Fair condition. Soiling to page edges. Small bookseller's price label affixed to inside blank flyleaf. Personal gift inscription to "Dad" from his daughter, and dated 10/1/1954. Age yellowing and soiling to page edges. No other markings noted on inner pages, no tears. Creasing to spine cover. Binding split at front cover with binding twine showing, and first section of pages laid-in as a group, not individually. Possibly a book maven could repair and reattach. Somewhat scarce edition. Photos illustrate condition.
