SYNOPSIS: Lot of 2 articles. 1st item: magazine article featuring Eleanor Roosevelt and her Scottie dog, FALA, published after FDR had already passed away. Includes facsimile copy of letter dated Oct. 9, 1951 (only date found anywhere) "from Fala", co-signed by Mrs. R, to a person in China. 2nd item: newspaper clipping about the "Little White House" at Warm Springs, GA. No date. Both were part of an estate of 1940s - 1950s similar items. Magazine: pages 19-24, with product ads. Newspaper: clipping sized 9-1/8" X 8-1/4", back is articles of interest for Paris, MO area.

Condition: Both are VG. Newspaper is age-yellowed. Magazine article was stored folded in half, has center crease. All pages were loose. Both 100% clear and legible.

Shipping Method: Will be shipped USPS First Class, water-proofed, folded as stored, then rolled up for a new mailing tube with end caps for a safe journey.
