Publisher: ABC/Dunhill Records. Spoken word drama of the book by Richard Bach, set to music composed by Terry James, and narrated by the inimitable Richard Harris. Copyright of the book and photographs 1970. Recording released in 1973. Richard Harris sounds quite young in this recording.
Format: LP (vinyl) record album. NOT an EX LIB.
JACKET: Good condition. Moderate rubbing, corner bumping, and "record ring" on both front and back. Orange paper sleeve still present.
VINYL: Very Good condition, and play spot-tested by us with no skips or deep scratches that impaired playability, very minor static. However, there were a few loud "pops" but couldn't tell if a word was skipped because of the volume of the pops. Possibly a good deep cleaning would eliminate this, did notice some "touching fingerprints" on both sides. For the most part, smooth, static-free play of this fascinating story narrated in the mesmerizing voice of the legendary Richard Harris to background music composed by Terry James.
