Condition: Very good condition. This has been in storage since we purchased at an estate sale in the early 1990s. Very minor wear to covers. Retail price printed on front is $1.00. It also has pencil markings made by either the piano teacher or the piano student who formerly owned it, but no text or music notes obliterated. Not all pages have markings, looks like only pages student needed to practice for a possible recital? In spite of the pencil marks, the inner pages are in VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT condition.. No tears. Tightly bound. Format: Soft cover. No dust jacket. NOT an EX LIB. Measures 9" X 12"
