Format: Hardback. No dust jacket. NOT an EX LIB. First Edition. Stated Sixteenth Printing February 1925.

Condition:  Volume in Acceptable condition. Navy cloth boards with gold foil lettering. Covers heavily worn, including soiling  rubbing, and gouge through cloth at spine cover pictured here which shows text under the gouged area. Gold foil lettering very faded, almost gone. Binding split at both front and back covers with binding mesh showing (pictured). Inner pages in Acceptable to Good condition. Pages extremely age yellowed / tanned due to type of paper used in publishing, soiling / age spotting to page edges and some inner pages. Owner's name and dated personal inscription written in beautiful fountain pen ink calligraphy on inside front flyleaf (date is 7-30-'25). Pages are still flat, clear, bright with no further markings, tears, or flaws. Tightly bound. Condition reflected in discounted price for this desirable volume.
