SYNOPSIS: 512 pages plus Index. All authors: Joseph C. Brown, Helen Cook Mirick, J. Freeman Guy, and Albert C. Eldredge. Illustrated by Nell Hukle Compton
Publisher: Row, Peterson and Company, Evanston, Illinois. 1937
Format: Hardback. No dust jacket. NOT an EX LIB.
Condition: Volume in Good to Very Good condition. Red cloth pictorial boards are in Very Good condition with minor signs of wear. Inner pages contain typical annotations made by a child using as a school book. A LOT OF ANNOTATIONS! No text was obliterated, fortunately. They just "worked their problems" right in the book for several of the lessons. Also looks like an adult marked pages as they were studied by the student with an "X" on the bottom of each page. The illustrations in this book are adorable! Sure to bring back memories for folks who used this as a textbook. Tightly bound. Photos illustrate condition of overall volume. See Grading Scale page for explanation of grades. Photos of any obvious condition issues will be provided.
