Publisher: Couldn't find name of publisher, but there is an ad towards the back for Braun Brumfield, Inc., Lithoprinters, so that is probably the publisher if this volume.
Format: White / ivory leather-textured covers. Very heavy volume.
Condition: Very good condition. Owner's name written in ink on inside front end page. Didn't see any writing or markings on inner pages. Soiling and bumping to covers, minor soiling and foxing, age yellowing, to inner pages. The book is in solid condition. A very nice collectible. IS YOUR DOCTOR IN HERE?
