SYNOPSIS: 180 pages. Quarto 9X12.
PUBLISHER: McGraw-Hill Book Company, 1980 Stated First Edition.
FORMAT: Hardback with unclipped dustjacket with $14.95 retail showing. NOT an EX LIB.
CONDITION: Jacket GOOD, moderate rubbing, bumping, age yellowing. Volume covers in VG condition. Volume inside in COMPROMISED condition. Binding glue deteriorated at page 70 and pages 71 through 138 completely disbound and laid-in, but every page still present and intact in its own separate "section" (see pics). Personally I would take this to a print shop and have the binding cut off and the pages punched to put in a 3-hole or plastic comb binder. Low price will reflect that this is imperfect although complete. No markings, tears or holes on pages. Profusely illustrated with color photos. The recipes are from the most famous restaurants in the world, and were compiled by Carte Blanche. Photos illustrate condition of overall volume. See Grading Scale page for explanation of grades. Photos of any obvious condition issues will be provided.
