Bumps and tears to edges, especially upper spine;  minor soiling, edge rubbing. Binding split at front cover with mesh showing, but still tightly intact. Inner pages GOOD+. Soiling / staining to page edges and several pages around edges, as well as last blank end page. No text obliterated. (See last pic). Overall pages are flat, clear, bright and totally legible.
