The Wrong Woman A novel of a man seeking...and a woman found by Glen Haley 1952 HBDJ 1st edition

SYNOPSIS:  278 pages. Author's first novel of a man heading West in search of freedom and his discovery of a woman. Jacket flap pictured, but will not provide much help as it is hard to read.

Publisher: Dodd, Mead & Company, New York. 1954.

Format: Ex Lib "rent-a-book" withdrawal. Hardback and dust jacket in mylar overwrap. First Edition,

Condition:
Ex Libs may have associated ex lib markings, stampings, redactions, labels, card jacket, possible removed pages with card jacket,
occasional turndown crease, etc. This volume is withdrawn from a book rental business (book rented for 15cents per day!) and the inside fly leaf pages are profusely stamped and written on as well as a large corner of the first two front pages torn off as shown in the pictures here. The jacket is in poor condition in spite of a mylar overwrap protector. Unclipped flaps show $3.00 retail. The good news is that the inner pages are in good condition, all clear, bright, and flat, making this a good Reading Copy of a quite scarce volume. It is also still tightly bound. Photos illustrate condition of overall volume.

See Grading Scale page for explanation of grades. Photos of any obvious condition issues will be provided.
