SYNOPSIS:  83 pages.

Publisher: Weathervane Books, New York. 1975 First Edition with publication line shown: a b c d e f g h.

Format: Hardback with dust jacket. NOT an EX LIB.

Condition: Jacket in Very Good condition with minor bumping and edge tears, one small gouge at spine. Unclipped flaps with $6.95 retail still showing. Inner volume in  Good condition. Brown cloth cloth boards with tan cloth spine cover and black lettering. Cover in excellent condition with no signs of wear. Inner pages have come unbound from the title page to page 46/47. This needs to be repaired by regluing this section. All pages are still bound in the two separate sections. It would appear that the original binding glue was not adept at holding their pages together, and it is quite fortunate that all pages which are loose are still connected as a unit. The pages themselves are in bright, clean, crisp condition with no markings, tears, or other flaws. This volume is in landscape format which measures 8-1/2" X 11".
Wonderful photos and illustrations showing plans for building your own tree house, as well as photos showing which kind of tree you should use. Photos illustrate condition of overall volume.

See Grading Scale page for explanation of grades. Photos of any obvious condition issues will be provided.
