Condition: In Very Good+ condition. Some VERY minor wear to black "washable" cover with yellow lettering. Inner pages have occasional stain, some soiling to page edges, Bindings beginning to split and show a bit of binding mesh at front cover, but still very tightly bound and intact, No markings, tears, or other flaws noted. Very heavy volume. Photos illustrate condition.
