Format: Hardback. No dust jacket. NOT an EX LIB. Stated First Printing October, 1923.

Condition: Volume in Poor to Acceptable condition as a reading copy. Dark green cloth boards with gold foil graphics and lettering. Boards have minor soiling, moderate corner bumping, binding split at front and back with binding mesh showing as well as loose from spine cover. First 4 pages, one of which is the right side of the inside front end paper, and the last of which is a frontispiece photo of Mrs. Harriman, are loose and laid-in as a 4-page section. Inner pages yellowed with age.  Price written on back inside cover in pencil. No other markings, tears, or missing text or pages. This volume could be restored by a caring book lover. As it is, it is very fragile and would be ok as a reading copy only. It is quite a large and heavy volume. Illustrated with black and white photos throughout.
