Also a 23-page booklet of "Presentations on the Findings of the SCC Inquiry" dated July 1997. National Energy Board, Canada. Highlighting (as pictured) on several pages of the large book, no text obliterated. A vertical tear on lower edge of front cover. Supplemental booklet in perfect condition, no flaws. No further tears, holes, or other problems in large book. Both are tightly bound.
